(VOVworld) – Workers of Sai Gon port began to handle the first cargo of the New Year at Tan Thuan pier on Friday. The ship Sunglobe of Valetta carrying 30,000 tonnes of iron was the first foreign ship to dock at the port. Mai Van Cu, Director of Tan Thuan pier, said: “The cargo needs to be handled in 3 days but we will try to complete the work in 2. This is our effort to welcome in the New Year.”
