(VOVworld) – Saudi Arabia has agreed to provide a 37 million USD loan for two inter-commune road projects in Phu Yen and Quang Tri province. Vietnamese Finance Minister Vuogn Dinh Hue received the written commitment from his Saudi Arabian counterpart via the ambassador to Vietnam Salah Ahmed Sarhan on Thursday in Hanoi. Mr. Hue praised the Saudi Fund for Development's openness to Vietnam's projects, and urged further assistance and investment in Vietnam, particularly in infrastructure, health care and education.
