(VOVWORLD) - Individual capability is a necessary condition for building high-performance teams in the AI era, according to a seminar organized by GEM Global in Hanoi on Wednesday.

Seminar attendees agreed that AI fosters cohesion, sustainability, and optimal work efficiency. In today’s multi-platform digital working environment, job performance is maximized when enhanced by AI-driven technologies.
According to Duong Thanh Son, an expert, lecturer, and trainer in business development, a report on the future of jobs in the next five years presented at the World Economic Forum said key skills will be closely linked to AI, big data, networks, cybersecurity, tech literacy, resource management, and operations.

“By 2030, AI is expected to rise from the fifth to the top position, with a 96% uptake rate. We cannot deny the role of AI because it will significantly enhance work efficiency,” said Son.
