(VOVworld) - A Vietnamese high-ranking military delegation is paying an official visit to Russia, Poland, Hungary, and the Netherlands from August 6-21.  The visit will enhance the friendly relations between Vietnam and the 4 countries and strengthen their comprehensive cooperation for mutual benefit. The delegation is led by Vietnam‘s Minister of Defense General Phung Quang Thanh.
