(VOVWORLD) - The 2-day 20th Shangri-La Dialogue started in Singapore as a platform for the exchange of perspectives on regional and global issues.

This year's dialogue is attended by 500 ministry-level delegates, business person, and experts from 40 countries and territories.
Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese delivered the keynote address on Friday, outlining Australia’s vision for the Indo-Pacific region.
Topics for discussion at the annual meeting include America's leadership role in the Indo-Pacific region; China's new security initiatives; resolving regional tensions; developing models of security cooperation, and US-China relations.
