Socio-economic improvements recorded in past 4 months
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam has made significant progress in socio-economic development since the beginning of the year, according to a report presented by Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung at the National Assembly Standing Committee’s session in Hanoi on Tuesday.

Minister Dung stated that macroeconomic stability was secured and inflation was controlled in the past 4 months.
“Inflation was controlled and the monetary market was stable. Bank liquidity was ensured, the forex market was stabilized, and public investment disbursement was accelerated,” he said.
During the 3-day session, lawmakers will discuss 3 bills and 2 draft resolutions including draft revisions to the Land Law.
