(VOVWORLD) - State President Luong Cuong will lead a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to attend the 32nd APEC Economic Leaders’ Week and a number of bilateral meetings in the Republic of Korea (RoK) from October 29-November 1, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Friday.
