Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has praised the justice sector’s progress this year and called for renovation to improve state management efficiency. Addressing a Ministry of Justice’s meeting in Hanoi on Friday to work out plan for this year, Phuc said that the Ministry should focus on the completion of laws and ordinances, especially documents serving administrative reform and the socialist state governed by law: “The Ministry of Justice should make specific recommendation on amendments to the 1992 Constitution to promote administrative and judicial reform. The Ministry should consult the government renovation solutions to fine tune the  market economy and economic restructuring for growth.”
