In recent weeks, Aleppo has been under constant fierce fire and bombings. Sunday's attack came after Islamist rebels blew up a building housing the Chamber of Industry. Government forces launched an air strike on rebel controlled areas including Baidine district, killing 6 people. They have re-occupied a guard station near Samra town in Latakia province, the hometown of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
