He said Syrian negotiators have agreed with the agenda proposed for the next negotiation round by UN-Arab League special envoy Lakhdar Brahimi. The agenda includes fighting violence and terrorism, establishing a transitional governing agency and national institutions, national reconciliation and national debate. An exact date for the 3rd negotiation round hasn’t been announced yet. Moallem’s statement rejected criticisms from the media, the British and French foreign ministers and the US Secretary of State, who blamed the Syrian government for the negotiation failure.
