Tehran, Moscow stand firm on Iran’s nuclear deal

(VOVworld) – Russia and Iran have underlined their unwavering stance on full implementation of the nuclear deal between Tehran and world powers while seeking a political resolution of Syria’s crisis.

At a meeting in Moscow on Thursday, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi and his Russian counterpart Sergei Ryabkov discussed the implementation of the nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, and examined different scenarios for addressing related challenges. The two leaders said the signatories, Britain, France, the US, Russia, China, Germany, and Iran need to fully comply with the agreement.
