Thai PM warns of possible troubles in general election
(VOVWORLD) - Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha on Monday said that disorder may continue in Thailand and there is no guarantee that the upcoming general election will take place smoothly.

Mr Prayut Chan-o-cha said despite the government’s efforts and progress following a coup in 2014 that removed a civilian government, various forces still attempt to cause disorder in the country. He ordered close watch over any movement of protestors who have attempted to overthrow the government in recent years.
Thai political observers said the general election, scheduled for next February, is likely to be delayed.
