(VOVworld)- The National Assembly External Affairs Committee held a workshop in Ho Chi Minh City on Thursday to gather opinions on draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution. Delegates said the constitution must reflect people interest and aspiration and the State of the people, for the people and by the people. They called for extended time to absorb more comments until early next year to ensure a comprehensive collection of opinions.
