Thorough preparations made for 2018 “For the poor” program
(VOVWORLD) - Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has asked ministries and sectors to work with the Vietnam Fatherland Front to organize a live broadcast called “Helping hands for the poor”.

Mr. Hue, head of the Central Steering Committee of the National Target Program, made the request at Tuesday’s working session on the results of “For the poor” fund raising activities and preparations for the live broadcast scheduled for October 17.
Mr. Hue underlined the importance of honoring individuals who stand out in poverty reduction work and of conducting a text-message campaign to raise funds for the poor.
