(VOVWORLD) - National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has urged Tuyen Quang province to fully tap its tourism potential with rich cultural heritage of 22 ethnic groups.

At a meeting with the Standing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee on Tuesday, Mr. Man called on Tuyen Quang to effectively implement the recently adopted resolutions of the Party, the National Assembly, and the Government, pay attention to education, training, and science and technology, considering them a top priority.
The province should take these as the foundation for local development amid the ongoing digital transformation across all sectors while embracing technological advancements in governance and daily life, he said.
Chairman Man also called on local authorities to enhance planning quality, fully leverage the province’s strengths to create new space and momentum for development, and strengthen competitiveness.
He underscored the importance of successfully implementing the program to replace temporary and dilapidated housing while integrating it with social security policies to ensure the well-being of people in difficult and ethnic minority areas.
