Top legislator begins Kazakhstan visit
(VOVWORLD) -National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan on Monday began an official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The trip is made at the invitation of the Chairman of the Senate and the Chairman of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan. Vietnam and Kazakhstan established diplomatic ties in 1992. Over the weekend, Madam Ngan attended the 137th Inter-parliamentary Union Assembly in Saint Petersburg, Russia, and delivered a key speech.
