The visits aimed to strengthen the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Russia while specifying cooperative agreements between the two legislative bodies, boosting multifaceted traditional friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Belarus. Earlier on Saturday, the Chairwoman visited a Vietnamese language class for Vietnamese kids in Minsk, Belarus.

“Thanks to support from the local government and the school executives, the children have an opportunity to learn Vietnamese in a good facility. I hope that the Vietnamese community in Belarus to continue to encourage Vietnamese families to facilitate their children’s studying of Vietnamese to preserve the language in the next generations,” said Ms. Ngan.
