Ukraine, Russia agree to talks without preconditions
(VOVWORLD) - Ukrainian and Russian officials will meet for talks at a venue on the Belarus-Ukraine border, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy's office said on Sunday.

The Russian delegation is now on its way to the Gomel region on the border. A Ukrainian delegation led by a Deputy Foreign Minister is also on its way to the negotiations.
The talks will be held without preconditions as a result of a phone call between Zelenskiy and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, who later confirmed the arrangements with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
