UN Chief sends message of sympathy to flood victims in central Vietnam
(VOVWORLD) - UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has sent a message of deep sympathy to the Vietnamese government and people following heavy human and property losses caused by floods and landslides in central Vietnam.

The UN Chief in his telegraph praised the Vietnamese government’s effort in support of affected families and pledged the UN’s willingness to provide emergency humanitarian aid to help Vietnam recover from the disaster.
