(VOVworld) – UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has condemned the shooting in Texas on Sunday of anti-Islamic protesters.

He insisted on the importance of promoting intercultural dialogue and respect as a crucial means of preventing and addressing extremism.  CNN said that one of the two gunmen tweeted their links with Islamic State. Both men were shot dead by the police as they were trying to escape.
