UN Convention against Cybercrime signing ceremony to be held in Hanoi on October 25–26
(VOVWORLD) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced Thursday that the Signing Ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime, themed “Combating Cybercrime – Sharing Responsibility – Shaping the Future”, will take place in Hanoi from October 25 to 26.

State President Luong Cuong will preside over the signing ceremony, with the participation of UN Secretary-General António Guterres, along with senior leaders from various countries, regional organizations, and international institutions.
The event will feature a high-level plenary discussion, ministerial roundtables, and several side conferences on international cooperation in combating cybercrime.
