(VOVworld) – On Monday, the US Ambassador to Vietnam, Ted Osius, visited and examined land and mine clearance projects in Quang Tri province.

Chairman of the Quang Tri provincial People’s Committee, Nguyen Duc Chinh said he hoped the US embassy would support programs to deal with the wars’ consequences especially those related to bomb and mine clearance as well as extend assistance to its victims.
