USAID and its Vietnamese partner the National Action Centre for Toxic Chemicals and Environmental Treatment (NACCET) also signed a protocol on orientations of future communications coordination to overcome the consequences of war.

At the ceremony, Vietnam and the US announced initial results of the Project on Dioxin Contamination Treatment at Bien Hoa Airport, Dong Nai Province.
