US considers separate trade deal with Canada, Mexico
(VOVWORLD) - The White House said Tuesday that President Donald Trump is considering negotiating individual trade agreements with Canada and Mexico to replace the 2-decade-old North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

US President’s economic consultant Larry Kudlow told Fox News that President Trump prefers bilateral trade deals to large treaties, particularly while negotiations to adjust the NAFTA are slow. Mr. Kudlow said the President will not withdraw from NAFTA, but try another approach.
