Speaking to State governors at the White House following a delay of the tariff hike on Chinese goods, Mr. Trump said there will likely be good news within one or 2 weeks if negotiations between the US and China are positive.

Chinese stocks posted their biggest single-day gains in more than three years on Monday after President Trump said he would delay an increase in tariffs on Chinese goods thanks to “productive” trade talks.
