US President calls on countries to remove existing tariffs
(VOVWORLD) - The US is insisting all countries that have placed artificial Trade Barriers and Tariffs on goods going into their country, remove those Barriers & Tariffs or be met with "more than reciprocity" by the US.

President Donald Trump made the statement on his personal twitter account on Sunday, adding that trade must be based on fair regulations.
Trade relations between the US and major partners like China, EU, Canada, and Mexico have become tense after it imposed tariffs on imported steel and aluminum.
The US has announced imposing a 25% tariff on certain goods from China worth 50 billion USD, arguing the goods threaten US national security. The United States’ trading partners have also taken retaliatory measures.
