US Presidential Election: Trump leads Iowa by 2 points over Biden
(VOVWORLD) - US President Donald Trump is leading the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden by 2 points in a head-to-head matchup in Iowa, according to a poll released on Monday.

48 percent of respondents in the Public Policy Polling survey threw their support behind Trump, while the former Vice President trailed close behind at 46 percent support.
According to The Hill, polls predict a close race between Republicans and Democrats up and down the ballot in Iowa. Trump won the state by 9 points in 2016, but Democrats claimed the state in the 2018 midterm election.
