(VOVWORLD) - US President Donald Trump shared a 21-point Middle East peace plan at this week's UN meetings a to leaders from several Muslim-majority countries, US special envoy Steve Witkoff said on Wednesday.

"I think it addresses Israeli concerns and, as well, the concerns of all the neighbors in the region," he added.
The White House however, has not released full details of the plan. President Trump has also promised Arab leaders he would not let Israel annex the occupied West Bank.
Several Middle Eastern news outlets reported that the plan includes a 20-day ceasefire, the release of the remaining 48 hostages, the building of a temporary administration in Gaza run by Arab countries, and the establishment of a new Palestinian administration without Hamas’ participation.
