US seeks to rejoin UN Human Rights Council
(VOVWORLD) - US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Wednesday that the US wants to rejoin the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC).

Blinken said the US hopes to receive the support of all UN members to regain its seat on the Council. Former President Donald Trump pulled the US out of the UNHRC in June 2018.
