(VOVWORLD) - The United States will soon issue licenses allowing some US companies to supply non-sensitive goods to China’s Huawei, the New York Times reported, amid trade talks between high-level officials from both countries.
Huawei Technologies Co Ltd, the world’s biggest telecom equipment manufacturer, was put on a US trade blacklist in May, when trade talks between Washington and Beijing broke down.
