Nhan expressed gratitude to Mr. Muoi for dedicating his whole life to the Party, nation, and people. He extended his best wishes for good health and longevity to Mr. Muoi on his 100th birthday. Nhan said he hopes Mr. Muoi will continue to be a mainstay of Party and government leaders and of the Vietnamese people.
