(VOVWORLD) - Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh has praised Dong Nai province for its social welfare programs for heroic mothers and poor people.

In her reception honoring beneficiaries from Dong Nai province on Saturday, the Vice President asked Dong Nai province to do more to care for social beneficiaries and wished heroic mothers continue to educate their grandchildren in national development.
