Speaking on the occasion, Vietnamese Ambassador to India Pham Sanh Chau said he hoped the direct flight will help boost trade, tourism, culture and people-to-people exchanges between the two countries in the future. The direct flights between Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh and New Delhi of Vietjet Air will last for more than 5 hours helping to reduce travel time between the destinations and connect flights to Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand.
