The Law on Gender Equality in 2006 showed the commitments of the Vietnamese government in boosting women’s rights.    The report was conducted in November 2012 with the involvement of national and foreign experts from the UNODC, UN Women which is dedicated to gender equality and the empowerment of women, and the UN Fund for Population Activities.
