Vietnam aims to have one of ASEAN’s top business environments

Mr. Hue acknowledged the group’s social security activities and said he was impressed with its growth over the past two decades in Vietnam. He said Vietnam’s life-insurance market has great potential. Vietnam aims to develop the bond market to about 35% of its GDP by 2020, with a focus on bonds of 15 to 20-year duration. He expected the AIA by pour more investment to double its branches in Vietnam by 2020. The Vietnamese government has implemented dramatic reforms so that Vietnam will be one of ASEAN’s leading countries for convenient business and investment.
