Mr. Nha said that the education sector has seen considerable achievements as Vietnam allocates 20 percent of its State budget to education in addition to enterprises’ contributions: “We have carried out projects to attract investment by society and enterprises in education. As the number of Vietnamese studying overseas increases every year, we are also working to create a high quality education system in Vietnam. The State budget is mostly spent on general education, while education for disadvantaged areas depends on private investment”.
