Vietnam ambassador works with speaker of UK House of Commons
(VOVWORLD) -Vietnamese Ambassador to the UK Do Minh Hung had a working session with Speaker of the UK House of Commons Lindsay Hoyle in London on Tuesday.

Hung emphasized the priority of promoting inter-parliamentary cooperation between the two countries, including delegation exchanges at all levels, law building, experience sharing, mutual support at international forums, coordination in addressing regional and global issues, and people-to-people exchanges.
The ambassador said he hopes that the two countries will maintain close collaboration in various fields to consolidate and deepen their strategic partnership.
Hoyle praised Vietnam's achievements in foreign affairs, socio-economics and culture in recent times, and showed his confidence in Vietnam's increasingly important role in fostering economic development and a peaceful, prosperous environment in the region.
He also expressed his wish that both sides will enhance cooperation in areas such as trade, green finance, energy transition, innovation research, manufacturing, and tourism.
