Vietnam attends World Economic Forum 2014

(VOVworld) – A Vietnamese delegation led by Deputy Prime Minster Pham Binh Minh attended the 44th World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, today.

Minh will speak at the January 24 session on “Reshaping ASEAN: Conference for East Asia Growth”. The Deputy Prime Minister met this morning with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Aston, US Trade Representative Michael B.G. Frogman, and several delegates. 
The Vietnamese delegation will attend the Informal Gathering of World Economic Leaders (IGWEL), high-level exchanges, and several meetings on the conference’s sideline. At WEF 2014, 2500 delegates will discuss the theme “Reshaping the World: Consequences for Society, Politics and Business”.
