(VOVworld) - Vietnamese Ambassador Luong Thanh Nghi has presented his credential to Australian Governor General Quentin Bryce, who expressed her pleasure over the strong and efficient development in bilateral ties following the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership in 2009.
She expected further development in bilateral ties following the completion of the 2010-2013 program of action and the drafting of a similar program for the next 3 years. She urged Vietnam to join Australia’s New Colombo Plan to promote people to people exchanges, especially among the youth.
