(VOVworld) - Le Hoang Quan, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee received Northern Australian Territory’s Chief Minister Adam Graham Giles in Hanoi on Tuesday and said the visit will strengthen bilateral cooperation between Ho Chi Minh city and Australia in various fields. Quan added that Ho Chi Minh City will step up efforts to enhance the bilateral cooperation and create favorable conditions for Vietnamese and Australian enterprises to further intensify exchanges and investment cooperation.

At the reception, the two sides agreed to assign relevant agencies to implement the cooperative agreements between Australia and Ho Chi Minh city, and Giles said the Northern Australian Territory always welcomes a delegation from Ho Chi Minh City to exchange experience in fire prevention and control.
