Tran Thu Huong, a student from Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities of the Vietnam National University, said, “It’s much more interesting to experience a face-to-face book reading event than in the virtual format. Though people benefit a great deal from technology, I still prefer reading a book, holding a book in hand to sitting in one place and reading online. Reading books gives us lots of knowledge and helps our more profound imagination.”

Entitled “Helping culture prevail and developing reading culture”, the Vietnam book and reading culture festival 2022, the first of its kind,  is taking place in major cities from Friday until May 1st.
