Vietnam calls for UNDP support in environmental projects
(VOVworld) – Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Tran Hong Ha has asked the UNDP for continued support for multi-field projects, particularly in developing a green economy, the principal goal of Vietnam’s development. Ha made the pledge Tuesday at an annual session in Hanoi with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Vietnam to review their co-operation and work out future projects.

UNDP Country Director Louise Chamberlain said the organization will pay greater attention to new projects on climate change adaptation and bio-diversity preservation.
