A delegation led by the Deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia and President of Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Men Sam An closed a programme on Sunday in Kien Giang province as part of the third Vietnam-Cambodia co-operation and friendship programme.

Over the past week, participants exchanged ideas on organizing friendship activities within their localities and reaffirmed the traditional friendship, and comprehensive co-operation between the two countries. On this occasion, the Cambodian delegation visited a cemetery in the province's Chau Thanh District to honor soldiers who died during the war against the U.S and visited Cambodian students who are studying at the Kien Giang Boarding School for Minority Students.
