(VOVworld) – Vietnamese and Chinese marine police forces are holding their 11th annual joint fishing patrol of common fishing grounds in the Tonkin Gulf from April 17 to 23. The activity is aimed at ensuring security and order in the area and encouraging fishermen to abide by both countries’ laws on fishing and tapping marine resources.
