Vietnam congratulates newly-elected Cuban leaders
(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong on Friday sent a message of congratulations to Miguel Diaz-Canel on his election as President of Cuba.

Chairwoman of the Vietnamese National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan also cabled a congratulatory message to Esteban Lazo Hernandez on his election as President of the Cuban Council of State.
Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh extended her congratulations to Salvador Valdes Mesa on his election as Vice President of Cuba.
