During a webinar in Hanoi on Wednesday, experts said that the figure would be 4.5 to 5 million if foreign visitors are allowed to enter in the fourth quarter.
The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism said that as domestic tourism has resumed, the number of domestic tourists is forecast to reach 60 to 65 million this year. Local travel agents believed that this was a golden time to develop the domestic travel market and pledged to raise product and service quality to ensure sustainable growth after the pandemic.
