(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnam Craft Villages Festival 2023 will take place in Hanoi from October to November to preserve and promote the values of traditional craft villages, according to a press conference on Tuesday in Hanoi.

Thang Long Imperial Citadel will host major events from November 9 to 12.
A wide range of activities are scheduled, including a ceremony to honor excellent craftsmen, an art program, an exhibition introducing craft products and those made under the One Commune One Product (OCOP) program, and a workshop on the preservation and development of craft villages.
The festival will also feature a Vietnamese handicraft contest, the Hanoi Gift Show 2023 and visits to Hanoi craft villages such as Bat Trang, Van Phuc and Duong Lam.
