(VOVworld)- Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla will pay an official visit to Vietnam from September 9-12 at the invitation of the Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh. The visit, the fourth by the Cuban Foreign Minister, aims at fostering the special friendship between Vietnam and Cuba. The two sides are expected to discuss measures to boost the implementation of signed agreements and activities to celebrate the 55^th anniversary of the establishment of their diplomatic ties to be held next year.
