(VOVworld)- On Monday, Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue asked the Vietnam Development Bank and ministries, especially the Ministry of Finance, to fine-tune the legal frameworks for banking activities. At a meeting in Hanoi on Monday, Mr. Hue asked the VDB to improve its performance to become a strong financial institution. He said the bank should ensure appropriate interest rates and review  the list of projects that enjoy preferential rates.
