(VOVworld) – Vietnam and Egypt will promote activities to strengthen bilateral tourism cooperation as set in a Memorandum of Understanding on Tourism Cooperation signed in 2006.

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism’s General Director Nguyen Van Tuan met with Chairman of The Egyptian Tourist Authority Naser Hamdy in Egypt on Monday to discuss ways to help tourism companies in both countries. Tuan invited the national airline Egypt Air to open direct routes to Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh city after opening a representative office in Vietnam.
